PROBLEM: Transferring user phone number to voice app usage

Hello

Please i need your help on this issue.

We are trying Transferring user phone number to voice app usage. However, the "Change Usage" option is generating an error when tried.

    Thank you for your reply.

    I have subsequently discovered that this issue only affects numbers which were ported in.

    Numbers that were acquired without being ported do not experience this issue,

    2. Clear MS Teams cache files.
