Hi Shafay

Hello! I'm Garcia, and I extend a warm welcome to the Microsoft Community Forum! This platform is a user community, and like you, we are all users here. While we aim to provide assistance and exchange insights, it's crucial to understand that this forum is dedicated to user support. We do not have access to user accounts, which does not substitute for Microsoft Support.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing this issue.

The error often points to file access problems due to caching.

See if clearing Teams cache or resetting the app fixes the issue ---- https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/troubleshoot/teams-administration/clear-teams-cache

If Teams is still running, right-click the Teams icon on the taskbar, and then select Quit.

Open the Run dialog box by pressing the Windows logo key +R.

In the Run dialog box, enter the following path, and then select OK.

%userprofile%\appdata\local\Packages\MSTeams_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Microsoft\MSTeams

Delete all files and folders in the directory.

Restart Teams.

I hope this helps.

Best regards, Garcia

I tried clearing the cache as recommended. I found that this prefetch error only occurs in the "NEW" version of Teams 24124.2315.2911.3357.

When I run Teams in Classic mode the end user can access the folders and files with no issues.

    Any suggestions?

If you're an admin run this

If you don't already have it installed, in powershell, run Install-Module Microsoft.Online.SharePoint.PowerShel

    Then

    Connect-SPOService Set-SPOTenant -LegacyAuthProtocolsEnabled $True

    try it out
