How to add and remove apps from the Teams mobile app menu

Thank you Sola. I am wondering if the behavior is different between some iOS? I have an iPhone SE, iOS 16.6.1. I have the More icon, but no Edit as you describe.

If I tap More, then tap Reorder, I found that I can then move Calls so that it displays, and move Assignments down to the list of available, but not displaying, apps. I had someone test on Android and they see Reorder as well.

I'm glad to hear that your organization is switching to Teams Calls. It is possible to add or remove apps from the Teams mobile app menu that displays at the bottom of the app, and I'll show you how.

To remove an app from the menu, such as Assignments, you need to follow these steps:

• Tap on the More icon (three dots) at the bottom right corner of the app.
• Tap on Edit at the top right corner of the screen.
• Tap on the red minus icon next to the app that you want to remove, such as Assignments.
• Tap on Done at the top right corner of the screen.

To add an app to the menu, such as Calls, you need to follow these steps:

• Tap on the More icon (three dots) at the bottom right corner of the app.
• Tap on Edit at the top right corner of the screen.
• Tap on the green plus icon next to the app that you want to add, such as Calls.
• Tap and hold on the app icon and drag it to the position that you want on the menu.
• Tap on Done at the top right corner of the screen.
