Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
- Check for updates: Make sure that you have the latest version of Teams installed on your devices. You can check for updates by going to the Teams settings and clicking on "Check for updates".
- Clear the Teams cache: Sometimes clearing the Teams cache can help resolve issues with the application. You can do this by going to the Teams settings, clicking on "Privacy," and then clicking on "Clear cache."
