All our Channel Notes have disappeared!

After the most recent Microsoft update all our teams have lost their channel notes. We have several "teams" in which we have several channels. These channels all have a "notes" tab under which we used to have many different notes pages with information. These have disappeared. When I now click on the "notes" tab for a channel, I see the "teams" notebook and no longer the individual channel notes. A LOT of information has now gone missing and I have no idea how to retrieve it. This last update was very disruptive as now, every time when I start up, a Teams intaller pop up shows asking me if I want to use "teams" to open "teams" and if this should be done "only once" or "always". I always choose always yet every time it asks me again. It's frustrating and I wish I had not done the recent update. It's a mess. Can someone help? We need our notes back! How can I contact Microsoft directly? Why do I have to ask the community when this is obviously a software issue.

Please review this thread: Notes Tab no longer pointing to the correct Section - Microsoft Community. This is a MS problem that needs to be fixed on MS's end.

You might be experiencing the same bug a bunch of us are experiencing in this thread -> Notes Tab no longer pointing to the correct Section - Microsoft Community

The good news is that your notes are likely not gone, but you have to open OneNote in the desktop app to see all the sections to get to the right one. It appears all channels are now pointing to whatever section is listed first in the Team notebook.

The bad news is that I haven't heard MS say anything about this bug yet. There are several different threads popping up about it. Its too bad the moderator hasn't commented or read the thread that has 40+ people reporting the same issue.

Thanks for your reply. I have set up a meeting with our IT support to tell them about the issue and then they can contact you to get it fixed. Based on feedback (see below) as well as the other thread that is discussing the same issue, it appears to be a bug at your end possibly related to the latest software update. Any insight on fixing this bug would be appreciated.

I have the same issue as Marleen with my M375 Teams channel notes, which have all disappeared. Most channels either show no notes or show the same one note from another channel. This is clearly a larger problem than just Marleen's and my issue, given I'm seeing other posts like this online.
