Previously, I had posts, files, and apps in the menu in Teams. Now they are gone, how can I add them back?

May I please confirm that you get same situation in both Teams for Desktop and Teams on Web (https://teams.microsoft.com/)?
May I know if you get same behavior after clearing Teams cache or repairing the app? Kindly see the steps for new TeamsClear Teams cache - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Learn
May I please know if you are using Windows or Mac device?
May I double confirm that you are using updated Teams? Version update history for Teams app deployments - Office release notes | Microsoft Learn
May I please know when this issue started to occur?
Would you mind providing the screenshot which shows your situation? (Please hide information such as email for the privacy of your data)

I did this:

Type settings in the search box, and then select the Settings app from the results.
Select Apps > Installed apps, and then type Microsoft Teams in the search box.
Locate the New Microsoft Teams app from the results, select the More options button (...) on the right, and then select Advanced options.
In the Reset section, select Reset.
Restart Teams.

And now the menu is back!
