Dear BeccaXN,
Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community.
I’m really sorry to hear about the issues you’re facing with Microsoft Teams. It sounds incredibly frustrating, especially given how critical it is for your work and health. I went over this thread and did some further research. In addition to the steps you have tried, please try:
- Disabling GPU Hardware Acceleration: Open Microsoft Teams > Click on your profile picture and go to Settings > Under General, uncheck the box for "Disable GPU hardware acceleration" then restart Teams.
- Clearing Teams Cache: Close Teams > Delete the cache files located in %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams > Restart Teams.
- Updating Graphics Drivers: Ensure your graphics drivers are up to date by visiting your computer or graphics card manufacturer’s website2.
If the issues persist, it might be worth reaching out to Microsoft Support directly for more specialized assistance. In this situation, we suggest you reach out to your organization admin and ask them to open a ticket at the higher-level support team: Go to Office 365 Admin Center (Admin permission is needed) > Support > New Service Request. The support engineers there have the correct escalation channel, and this is the most efficient way to report such issue. You can refer to Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn. The engineers in related team have higher permission and resources than here, they can report bugs to the product team as well.
I hope the information helps! If there is any update or I misunderstand you, please feel free to let me know. I will continue to assist you. Your understanding and co-operation are highly appreciated.
Thanks for your precious time. Have a nice day.
