Is there a way to send personalized bulk messages on Teams individually?

Hello,

I need help with sending personalized bulk messages to individuals on Microsoft Teams. I have an Excel file with three columns: the name of the person, their email address, and a personalized message for each individual. My goal is to send these messages individually to each recipient on Teams without having to manually copy and paste them.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

  1. Power Automate: While it works with a bot, I can't see the interactions between the recipient and the workflow, which is critical for my needs.
  2. Copilot Studio: I explored creating a bot, but it seems excessive and not cost-effective for this specific action.

I’m looking for alternative solutions or advice on how to achieve this effectively without manual effort. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
