Good Day,

''Microsoft Teams Room device isn't certiefied.''

I have multiple Intel Nuc ( Rev 2, 3) devices that are not certified. What is the best way to solve this issue?

    Good Afternoon,

    Thankyou for the respons. Can you tell me with what version of update this matter is causing an issue?

    It looks like Teams version 4.18 but i dont know fur sure.

    Hope you are doing great. Thank you for the response and the explanations on this issue.

    Further investigation reveals that we have had a lot of queries on this, and the team is now working into the matter. It seems evident that this is caused by the recent device updates. Could you kindly check and reset the device and see if it works afterwards?

    If the issue continues, please contact Live Support. If you are an organization admin, you can submit a service request to report the issue using our online channel through the Microsoft Teams admin center. At the bottom-right side of the page, select Need help. A support agent can further connect with you remotely, for further troubleshooting and involve the backend team which might be needed for further checks. Get support for Microsoft 365 for business - Online support. I will also revert back when I get more info on this.

    Good afternoon,

    Thank you for your reply. The devices are all certainly Teams certified and have always worked fine. We have this devices in spare inventory. I wanted to turn on these devices last week to update them, but when starting up, this message appeared on the screen. In the admin enviroment, the PC's say they are up to date.
