Besides cancelling the original invitation and re-sending it with a Teams call link, is there a way to resolve this?

    Allen,

Thank you for your reply, however, I am unable to locate an "edit" button in Outlook. I know I had been able to add a call in number several months ago when I made a similar mistake. But I do not see an 'edit' option now. Thanks once more for your response to my inquiry.

    Dear PITadmin08

Thanks for your response! Very sorry for late reply!

Based on your further description, you may have a try to update your Outlook version, make sure you are using the latest version of Outlook, you can refer to Release Notes Current Channel (Preview) - Office release notes | Microsoft Learn.

If you are unable to see "Edit" button, please have a try to double-click the meeting, then you can see the meeting details.

Thanks for your precious time and your understanding would be highly appreciated. Have a nice day!

    Sincerely,

I am unable to provide a screenshot.

The version reads Microsoft Outlook for MS365 MSO Version 2402

    Dear PITadmin08

    Thanks for your quick response!

Based on your further description, may I know what version of Outlook you are using? Is it New Outlook or Classic Outlook?

Could you please share me the screenshot of the Meeting detail when you click meeting in Calendar?

Thanks for your precious time and your understanding would be highly appreciated. Have a nice day!

    Dear PITadmin08

    Good day!

Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are glad to assist!

Based on your description, I understand you concern with adding a Teams call link to an already sent Outlook meeting invite.

You can have a try to do following steps:

    1. Open the Meeting Invite: Go to your Outlook calendar and open the meeting invite that you want to update.
    2. Edit the Meeting: Click on the "Edit" button to make changes to the meeting details.
    3. Add Teams Meeting: In the meeting window, you should see an option to add a Teams meeting.
    4. Save and Send Update: After adding the Teams meeting link, click "Save" to update the meeting invite. Outlook will prompt you to send the updated invite to all attendees. Confirm this to ensure everyone receives the updated invite with the Teams call link.

If you have other questions, please feel free to let me know, I will continue to assist you.

Thanks for your precious time and your understanding would be highly appreciated. Have a nice day!

    Best regards,
