Submit a Support Request form

how do i submit a support ticket. from support.microsoft.com I selected Support from the navigation ribbon. Where is :open a support request at the top of the page" I do not see it much less a support request form

    Are you business admin user?

    To open service request, you should have global admin for your Microsoft 365 Business tenant. Refer this article https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/get-help-support?view=o365-worldwide
