We are having considerable issues with the deliverability of mail from our primary domain due to a Microsoft address being on a Blacklist causing our mail to be marked as SPAM and routed accordingly by the recipient server.

I cannot delist via Delist IP - Delist IP (office.com) as the IPV6 address below is invalid for submission on the form

Could someone please advise on next steps ???????

    I have the same issue, checking MX records, setting up DKIM and DMARC I find that MX-Toolbox reports:

    fe80::cd8:c95a:6ddb:4a7f as Blacklisted on Bogon list

    https://mx****/problem/Blacklist/CYMRU-BOGONS-IPv6/?abt_id=AB-618&abt_var=Control&reason=127.0.0.2&hidetoc=1&showLogin=1&action=blacklist:fe80::cd8:c95a:6ddb:4a7f&link=button&ip=fe80::cd8:c95a:6ddb:4a7f&page=prob_blacklist

    [Extract:]
    "If you have found yourself listed, most likely you have an IP address in the range 10.x.x.x, 172.16.x.x, 192.168.x.x or fe80::  These IP addresses are not the actual address you have on the Internet. They are used specifically for local networks only. They are known as private or reserved addresses"

    i am a global admin , cant seem to log in to raise a ticket though , from help and support i search for the topic but no link for " these arent helpful " and so i cannot raise a ticket or ask for Microsoft contact.

    The only support options i have are our Licence Vendors and support company. is this the reasons why ? do i have to edit their relationship with our organisation

    now have the additionally listing too -

    LISTED BACKSCATTERER 85.115.52.190 was listed

    tried to log a request via Services Hub (microsoft.com) but there are no other suited Product / support types that dont challenge me for a subscription or contract

    followed product category for office products & Office 365 which leads me back to my admin

    n portal ?? , so just a massive loop of unhelpfulness !!
