Verify ActiveSync for User Account: Confirm that ActiveSync is enabled for your Office 365 user account. You can do this by:

- Clicking on “Admin” and then selecting “Exchange” to open the Exchange admin center.
- In the left navigation pane, click on “Recipients,” and then choose “Mailboxes.”
Re-Sync Calendar and Contacts:
- On your iPhone, go to Settings > Calendar > Sync > All Events.
- Then, go to Calendar again and tap on “Default Calendar.” Choose “Outlook” as the default calendar.
- Using iTunes, sync your iPhone’s calendar to Outlook.

- Check if the Outlook app and iPhone Calendar are connected.
