I appreciate the response, however, I am surprised that one department of Microsoft cant create a ticket or something for the customer. I went to the page that was suggested and when I went to add my concern it asked me to log in. after logging in, I was "blocked" by the site. I logged out and refreshed and then was able to have access again, but not post. It appears, that my concern is being ignored. How hard can customer support and a streamlined UI be? Tragic.
Shared Calendar
The calendars I need are not accessible via the calendar settings in the New Outlook or the "Add from Directory" option. It has to be added from the advanced settings in Outlook Classic.
To add the calendars needed in Outlook Classic;
Right Click my email address>Data File Properties>Advanced Button>Advanced Tab>Add shared mailbox>Check box for "turn on shared calendar improvements">apply>ok>apply>ok.
Outlook (New); I can add the shared mailbox but the calendars are not incorporated. All I get is a blank calendar if I add the calendar through the "Add from Directory" setting. Not the calendars that were automatically available in Classic when the procedure was followed.
I will be uninstalling if there is no solution. Outlook New is useless without full calendar access.

2024-05-02T21:04:09+00:00 Incorrect. Please re-read my concern. The "Add Calendar" feature does not include all calendars, it only adds a blank calendar because nobody uses it. Please review the process I laid out for Outlook Classic and please let me know what the difference is between the operations for the different versions. In classic, it MUST be through the advanced settings. Simply adding the shared calendar through the calendar settings does not bring up the calendars in Classic or New... I do not know why. It only pulls up one calendar and it is blank because nobody in the entire organization uses that calendar. In classic, multiple calendars are shared but ONLY accessible through the settings I listed. Going through the advanced settings causes multiple calendars to populate... none of which I add, the just appear after going through those steps.

- Click on the "Add calendar" button located at the top of the screen.
- Select "From directory" from the drop-down menu.
- Type the name or email address of the person whose calendar you want to add in the search bar.
