"Failure to load the application settings for package Microsoft.AAD.BrokerPlugin_cw5n1h2txyewy. Error Code:"

Could this error be caused by a bad image of a device? or Is it caused by a bad install of Office 365?

    Hi,

Have several devices giving me headache with this.

At the moment, the only fix I have is to sign in as another user, do to the location of the folder and rename it.

After I have done that, I do a reset of the TPM and reboot the computer.

I sign in back with the Microsoft credentials and i'm good to go.

Not best solution, but it's a quick fix.

MFA is enabled on the impaccted accounts.

I'm going to reinstall a computer to see if it still happens or not.
