Hello,

I have gone through the settings multiple times to change the start times for my Outlook calendar, but it never saves or puts through the changes.

    Eleni,

Thank you very much for the suggestion to change my work hours and location online via the browser-based Outlook because it worked!!

My problem started when I switched back to Classic Outlook after trying (and disliking) the new Outlook, and my work start time reverted to midnight for some reason (though my end time was untouched). When I went to correct my start time, there was no 'Save' or 'OK' button in the dialog box for changing work time, so when I closed the window, all changes were lost.

As a side note, after updating my work hours and location online (where there is a 'Save' button), it only showed these updates on my PC from today forward. This is not a big deal, but I mention it because at first I didn't think the updates took effect on my PC because with today being Friday, it looked like the entire work week still had no start time. So in the hopes of refreshing the screen, I switched to next week's schedule and immediately saw that the start time was displayed there, but when I switched back to this week, I noticed that Mon-Thu still had no start time, but today (Friday) did. So all is well.

Again, thank you for your guidance on fixing this.

I have classic outlook. This is a school account. I have cleared the cache and closed the app after changing the work times and it still stayed the same. There are no error messages and I have tried from both the calendar settings and work times settings.
