Azure VDI being blocked on Linux Distribution

Hello, i'm trying to set up a VDI Environment with Ubuntu 20 in my Azure portal. But i'm getting an ambiguous error which is extremely unhelpful. Anyone have any ideas on why this would happen? Please advise, thanks.
