Yes please!!!!! Please roll back this option and allow a "Transcription only" choice when setting up the meeting. Make sure the selection is available in Outlook meeting invites as well.
Can we set meetings to Transcribe only without recording in "Meeting Options"? This feature was available on Old Outlook
Before my windows 11 update, I was able to create and set meeting to automatically transcribe without recording in the old outlook.
There were two separate check box options to select "Record Meeting" and "Transcribe Meeting"
Selecting "record would also transcribe automatically, but selecting "Transcribe" and it would only transcribe without recording
This option seems to be non-existent in the new outlook. There is only one check box option now which only Records and Transcribes.
The only work around I have found is to enable transcribe while the meeting is ongoing. This option possesses a lot of problems because we get into a deep discussion and often finish the meeting before anyone realizes we aren't able to transcribe.
Can the option to transcribe meeting without recording be made available in meeting options while setting up the meeting be made available for the new outlook as it was available in the old outlook please
