I can't find the "view in browser" button in Outlook. Every tutorial says to go through Actions > View in browser or File > ... These buttons don't even exist. Am I missing something?

For me, I have to open the email instead of using the reading panes and then the buttons are displayed.

    Hello Yuza Taddeo,

Thank you for contacting Microsoft community.

Based on the screenshot you have share with us, it seems the screenshot were taken from the new outlook for windows. the steps mentioned to open emails in browser is only applicable in the classic outlook for windows.

View an email in your browser - Microsoft Support

To be able to see the feature you might need to switch to the the classic outlook application by going to Help tab >>Go to classic outlook.

the new outlook application is still underdevelopment, as this feature has not been added yet to the new outlook application, it is recommended to submit a suggestion to add the feature directly to our Microsoft product development team in charge of the new outlook application directly in the outlook application by submitting feedback for the feature.

You can click on Help tab>>Feedback>>make a suggestion. the product development team continuously review feedback submitted by users to identify bugs and use suggestions from users to update and develop new features.

Please note that the community team and the Microsoft product development team are separate. The product development team is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Microsoft products. They work on implementing new features, fixing bugs, and making improvements based on users' feedback and other factors.

To see more details on how to submit feedback, see this article Learn how to provide feedback to Microsoft - Microsoft 365 adminsMicrosoft Learning.

Thank you for cooperation and contribution.
