"NEW OUTLOOK" how can I save multiple emails at once to a folder on my computer?
I see a lot of how to do this with the "Classic" outlook, but nothing on the "New" outlook. All of my folders are organized in the "New" version so I want to do the saving from here. Any ideas on how to do this?
The only thing I've been able to do is drag an email over to the folder as a download, but if 2 emails have the same title then it won't transfer and it's only one at a time which will take a really long time.
Help please!

2025-07-04T18:07:40+00:00 I had a similar problem. I wanted to print all email correspondence between myself and one person, and there is no way to do it with the new Outlook (printing 100+ individual emails one at a time is not a work around!). Fortunately our IT department has one computer with the old version of Outlook installed, and that was the only way to do it. Crazy that this feature is missing from the "upgrade".

2025-03-26T21:02:07+00:00 Dear Kristen MT
Good day!
Thank you for posting to the Microsoft Community.
upon investigation and tests on my end, it seems like what you are looking for is not feasible in new outlook, Unfortunately, there isn't a direct way to save multiple emails at once to a folder in new outlook version, the only way to do it is using classic outlook version.
Note: You can use save as to save email on your computer but still you can do it one by one not for multiple emails.

2025-07-05T07:40:00+00:00 It is precisely this absence of a key feature that prevents me from switching away from classic. I have many emails archived in pst files and I wish to continue doing this - saving emails locally one by one is a non-starter for me...
