Hello Jesabel Z,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft community.
Based on the information you provided, I have consulted with a senior member of my team about your situation, and I would like to share some more specific directions with you.
Forwarding multiple emails individually in Outlook can be a bit tricky, but you might achieve this by creating an inbox rule in the new Outlook or a mail flow rule from the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
Using Rules in New Outlook:
- Open the new Outlook.
- Go to Settings > Mail > Rules.
- Click Add New Rule and set your desired conditions.
- Choose the action to forward the messages to your colleague’s email address.
For further assistance in creating rules tailored to your specific scenario, your organization's IT administrator might be able to assist. If necessary, they can create a support ticket on your behalf. For this standard procedure, the following is the official documentation that Global Admins refer to: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn (Online option).
Microsoft's back-end support team should collect some more information from Office 365 Global Admin personnel through a remote session to diagnose the current scenario. If needed, a front-line technical support engineer can also have a specific support team investigate some specific situations further.
Please note that we are part of the community support team, and this forum is public. Unfortunately, I regret to inform you that we are not authorized to reset or recover accounts due to data privacy policies, and we have limited resources for handling account-related issues. For this reason, I strongly recommend contacting your University's IT administrator or Microsoft 365 for Business support.
Thank you for your understanding, and we greatly appreciate your patience and cooperation.
Wishing you all the best.
Sincerely
Feroz Mahmud | Microsoft Community Moderator
