Network monitoring tools on HoloLens

I'm new to the HoloLens 2 development and want to monitor the network activities of some apps. Are there any network monitoring tools (e.g., from simple tools like ping or traceroute in Windows CMD or advanced tools like Npcap and Wireshark) available on HoleLens 2? Any lead is appreciated.

I've read the article but Fiddler and Wireshark can only run on PC and capture network traffic only if the traffic on HoloLens 2 is deliberately redirected to that PC. These methods put a PC in the middle and may introduce additional overhead.
For example, HoloLens 2 is connected via WiFi to a router and I want to measure the round trip time (RTT) between HoloLens 2 and the router, and maybe per-packet information. What can I do? (For short, I'm looking for something like a HoloLens 2-version Wireshark.)

Currently, there is no officially recommended network monitoring tool for published applications on HoloLens. You may try to build your own networking capture application with external open packet capture libraries.

Thank you. But I did not find any easy way to make winpcap or npcap work on HoloLens 2. Any suggestions are welcomed.
