Problem redirect port com on windows 2012

Question

Hi,
I have problem witch port com on redirect RDP services windows 2012
Port show on command change port /query
COM2 = \Device\RdpDrPort\;COM2:6\tsclient\COM2
but not show in management hardware and this is problem because
net use com2 is ok. but not communicate hardware on com2 in laptop.

I try net use com2 delete but letter i have problem add again.

net use com2 \tsclient\com2 error 1200 no find path hardware.

any have this same problem ?

Hi,

1. I tested off device on the server

Set-RDVirtualDesktopCollectionConfiguration : A Remote Desktop Services deployment does not exist on server1
This operation can be performed after creating a deployment. For information about creating a deployment, run "G
et-Help New-RDVirtualDesktopDeployment" or "Get-Help New-RDSessionDeployment".

then not work above.
