Hi,
I would like to ask if any of the following scenarios is currently supported (generally available) when using transactional replication from on-prem to Azure Managed Instance.
I would like to reduce on-prem server load and move distributor (db+agent) to Subscriber. I found in requirements section for similar scenario that you have to place both the publisher and distributor in the cloud, or both on-premises. Does it mean both distributor db + agent?

I couldn't find clear answer to my questions on MS doc.

The second (last) scenario is validated on this document. The subscriber and the distribution database located on the Azure SQL Managed Instance.
