Resetting a password for a office 365 user I notices that the password field already has a password in it. I change the password, the user can log in,then I go back to password reset and again the password field has characters in them. Was I hacked? is there a policy I can't find? what is going on?

I’m checking how the things are going on about this issue?

Sorry didn't look at it over the weekend. The default password being put in the field is similar to the password pattern the old IT guys use to use. I'm going to reach out to him and see if this was left over from something he was trying. thank you for your help. I am more confident I wasn't hacked.
