Azure AD in different region to 365

We have Azure AD in the Australia region and wish to have 365 hosted in the US region.
The reason behind this is down to having clients in the US who need their data in that region.
Whereas our domain and AD is hosted in Australia.

Where we encounter an issue, is when we attempt to setup 365 in the US , once we enter our domain, we are redirected back to Australia.
We have less then 200 users therefore the distributed geo location option is not there for us.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @Mark Hannan

Thank you for asking this question on the **Microsoft Q&A Platform. **

The Azure Subscriptions are not related to Microsoft 365 (MS Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint)

In your case, the best scenario is to have two tenants.

    Hope this helps,
