help starting new VM

Question

I am getting the message "Noah1 Virtual Machine Agent Status is not ready" This is a new VM. What should I do? Below is a screenshot of some of the settings.

You could work through this one though it may be simpler to delete and recreate it.

Sometimes just Stop and Start VM again solve this issue.
