install visual studio 2022 but denpendecy errors

I want to start the maui with the community 2022, and install related workloads with the installer tool. Then create the maui project, the error happens. I search on the brower, change the nuget source. But, this error continues. Can you help me deal with the error? Thanks.

The first and the third source is correct. You could try to repair VS and double-check if maui workload has been installed. You could also try to restore packages.
