I understand you are trying to do Azure AD SSO integration with Azure AD SAML toolkit and getting error.
This error might be due to configuration has not been set up properly. Refer this to integrate Azure AD with Azure AD SAML toolkit.
Only way to reset the SAML configuration is to manually check the URL configured step by step or you need to delete the application and start following steps as mentioned in given tutorial.
