How do I find Hive server information

I'm trying to create a pipeline to copy data from csv to a DataBricks table.
To do so, I believe I need to set up a HIVE linked service.
However, I'm not sure where I can find the necessary information to fill out the LS form - we had a consulting firm set up our environment.
Any advice on where I can get this information?

Please do confirm if you are using Azure Data Factory or Synapse Analytics.

If you are using ADF or Synapse Analytics you can use Hive Linked service to connect.

Thanks for the response Pradeep.
I have seen this article, and I see how to create the linked service.
My question is where in my environment can I find the server information?
In DataBricks I can go into 'Compute' and find all that I need.
Not sure where I'd find similar information regarding Hive.

Where is the CSV file located: is it on your local machine or DBFS?

I have no trouble with the .csv.
I am trying to write to a table that was created with a DataBricks notebook.
When I do a describe of the table it gives:
dbfs:/user/hive/warehouse/zopen_po as the location.
Not sure how to reference this server/port/http path in the form above.
