The location of procexp.exe has changed, and when trying to run the program as an administrator from the File menu in the application (or by running "procexp /e"), the program looks for the executable at the old path.242187-image.png
The file is not launched from that location, and that location no longer exists.242098-image.png

The Sysinternals tools don't get installed but they do save their settings in the registry at HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Sysinternals.

If you delete the Process Explorer subkey it will act like it's the first time that you ran the program. IE; it will prompt you to accept the EULA and all settings will be the defaults.

    Hi @Timothy Boyle Jr

This looks like it was a part of your Downloads folder and may have been moved or deleted.

You can redownload this package from https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/sysinternals-suite and place it in the same directory (Downloads\SysinternalsSuite)
