Hi @Dirk Illenberger , In order to download your Action Pack invoice you need to login to partner portal: https://partner.microsoft.com/en-US/ Next open Partner Center. In the new window click Mambership-> Membership Offers and you should see your invoice at the bottom of the page.

In order to download your Action Pack invoice you need to login to partner portal:
https://partner.microsoft.com/en-US/

Next open Partner Center.
In the new window click Mambership-> Membership Offers and you should see your invoice at the bottom of the page.

thank you for your post. It is not in "Membership Offers" but underneath in "Bills and Payments". At least I think it is in there. When I try to open that page I am getting the following (see picture):

Do you have any idea how to proceed?

Here is the solution:

I contacted MS support and they told me to deactivate "PC View". For this you have to go to "Membership -> Offers" and at th etop right there is a little toggle "New offers Experience (Preview)". This should be set to "Off".

After that you can see the invoices on the same page at the bottom.

I have the same problem. I renewed my Action Pack four months ago and didn't receive a invoice.

As always my normal browser refuses to log me in with the right account. I needed to use an incognito window to finally log on with the onmicrosoft account in the Partner Center.

In Bills and payments I get a list of the last five years. In the years 2019-2022 the last column is a link to "Download Invoice". But in the row for 2023, that text is no link. When I click it, nothing happens.

I found the invoice for the Action Pack under "Billing and Payments" on the left menu.
