How to delete classic azure machine learning workspace
I could see it in https://studio.azureml.net/ , but I couldn't see it in the azure portal, it spends 9 dollar each month.

2022-09-20T11:17:47.413+00:00 @Hu Jamie Are you able to locate any workspaces if you search "Machine Learning Studio (classic) workspace" in azure portal?
I was able to locate my older workspace using this in search and when the blade of the workspace loads in Azure portal hit the delete button and it should delete the workspace. Re-login to the classic studio and check if the workspace is available in the drop down from the top right corner. If the workspace is not available, the delete should be successful. If you are unable to perform the above steps, you can raise an azure support case to get the same deleted by the service team. I hope this helps!!

2023-10-03T19:46:42.85+00:00 I'm having the same issue. When I search for "Machine Learning Studio (classic) workspace" in Azure Portal, it doesn't show ML Studio. The closest result is Azure Machine Learning, which doesn't list these workspaces.
More details for me:
I have 3 old ML Studio workspaces. They aren't listed in the Azure Portal when I display all of my resources, but they are listed under Cost Management (and they're each costing me ~$1/day).
If I select one of these workspaces on the Cost Management page, I get the error "This resource was not found". From Azure CLI, "az ml workspace list" doesn't list them, and "az ml workspace delete" gives a ResourceNotFound error.
I can open each workspace in studio.azureml.net. I don't see an option to delete the workspace there, but I can delete most of the items I've built in the workspace. I do get an error when trying to delete a couple of the web services: "Service call failed. Error 404 (Not Found) when requesting /webservicegroups/xxx".
Any suggestions on how I can delete these workspaces? I don't need to save anything in them.

2023-10-03T19:54:14.57+00:00 I'm having the same issue, but wasn't able to follow the suggestion from @romungi-MSFT - when I search for "Machine Learning Studio (classic) workspace" in the Azure Portal, it doesn't find ML Studio. The closest match is Azure ML which doesn't list these workspaces.

2023-10-04T04:58:17.83+00:00 I have seen a similar post on one of the recent threads and deleting the workspace from classic ML portal worked for one user.
[https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/1377251/unable-to-delete-a-machine-learning-studio-(classi](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/1377251/unable-to-delete-a-machine-learning-studio-(classi)
Could you check if this works in your case?I would suggest to also raise a support case from Azure portal to delete the workspaces if you are seeing billing issues with your older workspaces. Thanks!!
