Transfer Windows Phone MIcrosoft Authenticator codes to iPhone Microsoft Authenticator app

Every article I have found has only discussed transferring between Android and iOS devices. On the Windows phone version, there is no backup area in the settings. So, how can I transfer the codes from my Windows phone auth app to my iPhone auth app?

There is no automatic way to transfer Windows Phone Microsoft Authenticator codes to the iPhone Microsoft Authenticator app.

The best course is to set a new MFA of your Apps in the new phone
