First run Exchange 2019 - ECP with error 500

Hello! Deployed Exchange 2019 CU12 a few days ago, it seems to have gone without errors, but I can’t log into ECP - getting error 500. I ran .\UpdateConfigFiles.ps1 and .\UpdateCAS.ps1 sequentially then reboot the server - it did not help. What else needs to be checked? Thanks for the help.

    Issue Symptom:
    First run Exchange 2019 - ECP with error 500

    C:\Windows\system32\lodctr.exe /R
    And then:
    iisreset /stop iisreset /start
    Also made reset of VD - ECP and OWA.
