Hello! Deployed Exchange 2019 CU12 a few days ago, it seems to have gone without errors, but I can’t log into ECP - getting error 500. I ran .\UpdateConfigFiles.ps1 and .\UpdateCAS.ps1 sequentially then reboot the server - it did not help. What else needs to be checked? Thanks for the help.

IIS binding looks fine. Could you log in to OWA? Have you tried changing browsers to log in? Are there enough resources allocated to the server? Here is a troubleshooting article you could refer to:

Hi, you know - I tried to build test Exchange 2019 CU12 on my notebook as a virtual machine (DC+Exchange all together) - all the same, error 500. BUT - I also tried to install older version of Exchange 2019 - CU4 - and it runs fine. So my opinion - this is some problem with CU12. Can I completely remove CU12 from server and install old CU4? Is it possible? Thank you.

Are you installing DC and Exchange on the same virtual machine? This is not a recommended practice by Microsoft and may cause some problems.
You could remove CU12 and install CU4, and you also need to install DC and Exchange on different virtual machines.
Finally I found a solution:
C:\Windows\system32\lodctr.exe /R
And then:
iisreset /stop iisreset /start
Also I've made reset of VD - ECP and OWA. So it works now :-)
