Unusual problem in Exch2010 migration

Hello dears,
I'm facing a somewhat unusual problem, I'm migrating my environment from Exchange 2010 to 2016, but the accounts that have Microsoft Outlook open simply generate an error (does not send emails). When closed, migrated and reopened the connection is re-established and works normally. I would like to know if anyone has gone through this or if there is a way to disconnect these boxes before the migration and only reconnect when the migration is finished.

    You wouldnt want to disconnect them. What you are seeing is pretty normal. Outlook needs to find the new endpoint when you move the mailbox and closing and re-opening is often needed or sometimes even a new profile.
    Having said that, make sure you are restarting the app pool on 2016 server after moves are complete and it may make things better:
