Microsoft SharePoint login challenge

Question

We have a user who logs into Microsoft SharePoint on his iPhone and gets the following error upon MFA validation:
We're unable to complete your request
unauthorized_client: The Client does not exist or is not enabled for consumers.
If you are the application developer, configure a new application through the App Registrations in the Azure Portal at (website)

we figured out the issue
the user has a separate, personal Office 365 account that he uses SharePoint with
the issue was going on with his work account
once we signed out of the personal account he was able to log in with his work account without an MFA error

The problem is solved.
let users check their accounts to see if they have mistakenly logged into a non-work account.
