Microsoft Badges Earned aren't showing on my dashboard

Hello, I have earned 2 Microsoft badges and I can see them in Credly, but I do not see them here in my Microsoft Learn portal. I also can't seem to get a copy of my recent transcript after passing the Microsoft Azure Fundamentals Exam. How do I resolve this issue. Thanks, LaTanya B.
