In the Desktop version of Outlook whilst in calendar view, we find that Outlook often "updates" calendars frequently in Exchange (it actually feels possessed). This seems to happen when viewing multiple calendars in the tabbed view for me (and stops us working in that view for a good few seconds, when we are adding calendar events in the overview, when we are typing the name it will often split the letters of what your typing into separate events, it also visually makes the weeks in the Month view bounce up down by a week and repeats 3 or 4 times before "settling down" again.

My colleague also has this but even with only one calendar open. We are both using outlook 2019 and we are 100% working in non-cached mode, our other users don't get this issue in cached mode, but we purposely work in non-cached mode so we can "feel" slowness on our server before it impacts anyone. Has anyone else experienced this, this driving us slightly mad.
