Azure Virtual Machine cannot connect through RDP Or Bastion

Question

Cannot connect to the VM using Bastion or RDP. Only can access using console with CMD. VM up and running. Can be access file share and remote mapping for registry as well as computer managment console.

what kind of OS did you run on your VM? Could it be a Core version of Windows Server?

Windows server 2016. Its GUI not core.

Is there any specific error you get when you try to connect using RDP or bastion? If you have already tried all the first hand troubleshooting for RDP issue, I would suggest trying the PowerShell method described here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/azure/virtual-machines/troubleshoot-rdp-connection#troubleshoot-using-azure-powershell
