Microsoft Bookings will Not Pick Up My Outlook Calendar Events and Appointments

I have my entire calendar viewable by my organization, I am the only staff member on the Bookings Calendar, and I have my staff settings set up to view my outlook calendar. Why would this data not be coming over? It is resulting in double booking. Do I just need to start using my bookings calendar as a personal calendar or marking time off on Bookings and on my Outlook? I would think this should sync up.
