Hi,
I tried to set up E5 subscription in Microsoft 365 Developer program. But a message came up saying that sandbox provisioning is currently disabled due to a technical issue. Hw can I sort out this?
thanks.

Ran into the same issue, but was able to get past it by using Edge. No luck with Chrome or Safari before that.

Was able to create the sandbox but the Mail & Events pack shows up as installed but the messages failed to deliver because they are considered spam. You would think that the servers from which the Graph API calls used to seed the sample data packs were on some type of allow list... There is of course no way to re-trigger the sample data pack install

A colleague of mine just had this - the fix was to delete the profile. It did display a worrying message about the subscription being removed however it didn't do this and then allowed it to be set up as expected.

I got the message today when trying to set up a new MS 365 Dev account. My previous one had expired a year ago. As some others here have reported, going into my account and just changing some the checkboxes about what tech I use was enough to "fix" it. I suspect it helped that I added Microsoft Graph to the list of products of interest. Anyway, give that a go before you abandon hope, though it may not work in every case.
