From the information that you provided within this thread; you should be able to do the following in order to login to your tenant.
Username and Tenant:
user.name_microsoft.com#EXT#@tenantname.onmicrosoft.com
https://portal.azure.com/tenantname.onmicrosoft.com
. For your specific issue https://portal.azure.com/outlookco.onmicrosoft.com
user.name_microsoft.com
(the underscore should be the @ symbol). username@outlook.co.th
Note:
If you don't have any Azure subscriptions in the tenant that you're in, make sure you're in the correct tenant. For more info - Switch and manage directories.
