Microsoft sent me an external account but I don't know how to log in please advise what should I do?

I want to login using external account acquired from Microsoft Support in Microsoft azure because the email I am going to log in is blocked. to edit and cancel my subscribtion

asking to login external account ,where to start
Go to https://portal.azure.com/yourtenant.onmicrosoft.com
Then log in using the external email address and the regular password linked to that email. So for example your user@harsh.com .com with your @harsh.com .com password.

I received external account come like this. I'm confused how to use it.
Use the following:
Username@harsh.com .co.th
This should work. Please replace username with the part that is blocked in your picture

You do not have any Azure subscriptions in the nattapukhoutlookco.onmicrosoft.com directory. Click here to switch to another directory.
When you click the switch directory you can probably change to the ????outlookco.onmicrosoft.com tenant and there you might have a subscription. Otherwise you need to contact support again.

From the information that you provided within this thread; you should be able to do the following in order to login to your tenant.
Username and Tenant:
user.name_microsoft.com#EXT#@tenantname.onmicrosoft.com
https://portal.azure.com/tenantname.onmicrosoft.com. For your specific issue https://portal.azure.com/outlookco.onmicrosoft.com user.name_microsoft.com (the underscore should be the @ symbol). username@outlook.co.th 
Note: If you don't have any Azure subscriptions in the tenant that you're in, make sure you're in the correct tenant. For more info - Switch and manage directories.
