I can't access my own B2C directory anymore using "switch directories". I am prompted to 2FA using the authenticator app, but that was never setup.

Hi @Gregor Vilkner , you'll have to reset the authenticator app to access the directory. Please follow these threads depending if it's a personal or work account.

Please let me know if this works or if you need more assistance.

    Thank you,
    James

I just did that for my AAD account, and it works. In fact, I deleted the Authenticator 2FA method.

It doesn't seam to work however, for my account in the B2C directory. When I try to switch directory it still only let's me provide Authenticator approval or provide an Authenticator provided verification code.
