Did anyone find a solution to this getting the same issue every time i boot
A few suggestions, but still get them. System has been stable so I haven't looked into it more. Still get several every dat.

Now I run it by right-clicking RecentEvents.ps1 and choosing "Run with Powershell" It does "something" then Powershell window closes. I don't know if there should be a file or something? Didn't get a prompt for me to enter an hour, so I'm not sure I did it right
Open Powershell with run as administrator.
CD to the folder where you put the file. Run ".\RecentEvents.ps1 24" to look at the last 24 hours of events. Here I did 2 hours.

Good. Did you find a "28 event"? Take note of what events occur around the same time. Look for other "28 events". Do you see some other event that occurs every time that a "28 event" occurs.
I do not have an environment where I can recreate your problem. You can't find what Provider {77811378-e885-4ac2-a580-bc86e4f1bc93} is. At this point we are looking for clues as to where we might look next. So if you see an event like "service xxxx failed to start" every time that you see a "28 event", then hey, they might be related, and we can investigate that "other" event.
At some point we reach a point of diminishing returns. That is, if you can't find anything that points to the source of the event, and you only get a few events per day, and they are not causing any performance issue, then just ignore those events.
Here's a screenshot of all the events that happen just before 28 is logged. Anything look suspicious? thanks again.
That's a different guid and a different error code in the 28 event. But it would appear that this is some issue with Credential Guard.
Do you support Active Directory in your organization? Desktop support? If not, have you consulted those folks? I have no experience with Credential Guard so the best advice that I could offer is to search the net for configuration and troubleshooting steps.

If the 28 event is causing problems for you, then you will probably need to open a case with Microsoft product support to get it resolved.

It is caused by Window 11 Pro version turning on Core Isolation.
Windows search bar - Core Isolation & turn it off.
System will need to restart.
It's supposed to offer some malware protection but it seems to cause more problems than it's worth.
