Remove domain dependencies in Microsoft 365

Question

Hi guys,

I need to remove a domain name in Office 365.
There are no active regular mailbox.
There are no shared mailboxes with the domain name in email adress.
(Only @domainonmicrosoft.com).
There are no distribution lists, mail-enabled security groups or Ofice 365 groups with @primarydomain.com in the address.
However, when I try to delete a domain name, I get the error below.

How can I check what dependencies have left to be removed?

You could click on the domain name from Microsoft 365 admin center → settings → Domains:

You could see this domain name applied on which users, teams, groups and apps. You could remove domain name from those objects manually, then remove this domain name from your tenant.

Hi,

Can you please check this page and see if you have followed all the pre-reqs for removing a domain remove-a-domain

If you have followed and done everything as per this page and still have issues, I will suggest you to call Microsoft for deleting this domain - get-help-support
