DR Readiness for different Azure Resources

Question

Currently we have an application with below listed items and would like to build DR environment and ensure it is capable to address the DR scenarios. Kindly help me understand the DR readiness for different azure resources listed below:

• Azure App Services (WebApps, APIs)
• Azure Functions
• Azure LogicApps
• Azure SQL DB
• Storage Accounts
• Key Vaults
• APIM for API registrations
• Azure VMs
