ADF Web Activity Missing Response Headers Location inforamtion where as turnOffAsync is set true

Hi Team,
I'm using an ADF Web activity and making a POST API call to refresh the AAS model. The turnOffAsync property should be set to true in order to retrieve location information, per the official documentation. Nevertheless, up until yesterday, I was able to obtain location header data from the response, but in the run of today (2022-10-19) I was unable to locate the location header. Is there any update push for ADF?
Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

even if I enable the "Disable async pattern": this allowed me to retrive the Location header before 10/21/2022.Here is the problem: http POST /refreshes via ADF Web activity returns status 'notStarted', so there is no way to return the Location header.
Before 10/21/2022, http POST /refreshes via ADF Web activity returned status 'inProgress' and the Location header only if "Disable async pattern" was enabled.

Thanks for the detail explanation, it's really help me out.
I can see location header information in the API response in today's run (25-10-2022). So, if I make a post call and ADF Web activity returns the status 'notStarted,' there is no way to obtain location information, according to your findings (which has runId). The web activity return status should not be 'notStarted' in order to obtain location header information. Otherwise, we would receive location data in response.
Is that your understanding? -

At the moment I can say what follows:1) let A be *http POST /refreshes via ADF Web activity with "Disable async pattern" ENABLED***[a], then you can retrive:
**either only refresh id with A.output.operationId or the entire URL with A.output.ADFWebActivityResponseHeaders.Location.
(no header status is returned by http POST /refreshes: eventually you can use http GET /refreshes/refreshId to learn about the status);2) *http POST /refreshes via ADF Web activity with "Disable async pattern" DISABLED***[b]** returns headers status -with value 'notStarted'- and startTime.
(neither refresh id nor header Location is returned).I do not work for Microsoft, but I do use ADF and I wonder if this situation will be a stable one.
