Conditional Access Preventing us from signing into Microsoft Teams

Please i need your help on this issue.

A conditional access policy was set up to block Office 365 SharePoint Online as shown below:

After we did that, it prevented us from signing into teams.

We later excluded the Microsoft Teams App as shown

After excluding the Teams App, we still couldn't sign into Teams.

What we did was to turn off the Conditional access policy and we were able to login to Microsoft Teams.

I would like to know what has prevented us from signing into Microsoft even after it was excluded it.

Sign-In logs node in AzureAD should tell you something about this, what would be root cause. Looks like blocking Sharepoint Online also affects Teams.
