I cannot properly access Europe region B2C tenants. I receive 'Unable to complete due to service connection error. Please try again later.` on User page.
Australia and United States region B2C tenants are unaffected.

Anybody else got same issue?

    Hi @ GlenPlatell-2143 ,

Thanks for sharing those details! I just heard back from the product team that there was an outage preventing users from viewing that blade due to a connection error, and a fix was deployed this morning (10/21).

You can refresh the browser session to target the new version if you continue to see failures.

They're still investigating a root cause to prevent this from happening in the future.

Let me know if you still face this issue so that I can report it if so.

    Thanks,

    Marilee

    Hi @Glen Platell ,

Thanks for reporting this. I also checked for any recent outage reports and did not see any, but have reached out to the product team to confirm if they have information around this.

In the meantime, are you able to check the audit logs to see if you have any additional hints for why you might be receiving this error? I have seen situations in the past where users received this error due to browser restrictions and adblockers, so you may need to check those and make sure nothing is getting blocked.

Another common reason for this error is network connectivity issues, which may also explain why it's happening in the European tenants but not in the other ones. If this is the case, it is worth testing in a different network and different browser. If the issue persists after testing this, please share the console log output so that we can better diagnose.

This can also happen if Guest user access and Administration portal access are restricted on the tenant. If these users are global admins but are also guest users, they may see this error depending on the tenant settings.

I'll let you know if I hear back from the PG about any outages or recent updates that could cause this as well.
